I have a very large double room, with wall mounted flatscreen tv, chair, footstool and large fitted wardrobes available to rent. I am a working profesional who works varing shifts from 5am to 10pm. I am extremely housepround and tidy and vwould expect you to be the same.. house has oven, hob, washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, downstairs WC and all other ammenities you would expect. Large south west facing garden with patio area and table for summer.
My partner stays once or twice a week with his dog so you MUST be dog friendly. She is extremely well behaved and isnt allowed upstairs, doesn't beg for food at the table etc.
there is a driveway for two cars plus on street parking outside.
