1 room to rent in fully furnished, 2-bed terraced

I am looking for a clean, relatively quiet professional who will respect my house (not students). Preferably a female but I will consider a male. I am a teacher so spend a lot of time at home working. I have a cat so please be aware if you are allergic/afraid. The house has a living room, kitchen with dining table, garden, two bedrooms, bathroom and on-road parking. It is very close to Elk Mill and all of the local supermarkets. The house is fully furnished with everything you could possibly need and the bedroom has a brand new double bed with ottoman storage underneath (see image), a large desk and a storage cube but either can be removed if you have your own furniture. I also have a large clothes rail that you are welcome to have. Ready for someone to move in immediately!
