Double room available

I have a double room available for rent.
The house is two bedroomed with one main bathroom and a downstairs toilet. Shared living and kitchen areas. Has a nice patio and decking area at the back with a two car drive at the front of the house.

I am a young-ish professional person looking for someone similar. No students or couples. I work in Manchester City centre and sometimes work from home maybe once or twice a week. I am considerate in terms of noise in the house and cleanliness. Looking for the same in a house mate.

I have a small dog called Sasha who is really chilled and likes cuddles.

I like to be sociable or stay home relaxing. Hoping I can make a friend as well as being a landlord.
