or to hang in a beer garden, or our garden, on a warm summer evening,
and if you like to have a coffee, cake or pizza in front of Netflix

The Big Double Bedrooms are all in excellent condition already
& will be fully refurbished again prior to move in.
Bedrooms have lots of light & are in a Beautiful, Fully Furnished,
Large & Spacious traditional property with 21st Century amenities
in one of the best areas of Ormskirk. Close to the Uni & Town Centre.
The house has been Fully Refurbished & Redecorated to a very High standard.
The seperate Lounge is comfy & clean.
The main bathroom is a Large Family Sized room,
it is warm & centrally heated with a large radiator,
comes with plenty of mirrors, storage cabinets, shelves etc.
There's an energy efficient electric shower too & a full sized bath to relax in
as well as 2 x WCs & 2 x hand basins - so no stress at all in the morning rush hour.
The Kitchen is separate from the lounge Area.
It is fully equipped with All modern conveniences, including:
2 x Fridge / Freezers, plus a Washing Machine,
as well as a decent quality Microwave, toaster, kettle, ironing board, everything etc etc.

TBF everyone has always worked with the landlord to keep it really nice.
Outside there's a peaceful, well maintained, landscaped & private Sunny, Sheltered Garden
with a great sun patio & large BBQ area for chilling.
Wonderful on warmer summer's evenings & on any fine Sunday morning too.
Also perfect for WFH on a warm day or even as a venue for "pre's" to save ££ on a night out.
Again: all a decent quality & friendly gardeners all provided too.

having both a big sociable kitchen as well as a seperate living room

House has had green modifications so that it is comfortable to live in

although typically the room includes double wardrobe, comfy double bed, chest of draws, bedside cabinet etc.,
all are cleaned, & sanitised even in none COVID times :) before anyone moves in,
the carpet will be shampooed & the bed steam cleaned.
All rooms are cosy, with full size large radiators, full heating & double glazing anyway.
