The Big Double Bedrooms are all in excellent condition already
& will be fully refurbished again prior to move in.
Bedrooms have lots of light & are in a Beautiful, Fully Furnished,
Large & Spacious traditional property with 21st Century amenities
in one of the best areas of Ormskirk. Close to the Uni & Town Centre.
The house has been Fully Refurbished & Redecorated to a very High standard.
The seperate Lounge is comfy & clean.
The main bathroom is a Large Family Sized room,
it is warm & centrally heated with a large radiator,
comes with plenty of mirrors, storage cabinets, shelves etc.
There's an energy efficient electric shower too
& a full sized bath to relax in
as well as 2 x WCs & 2 x hand basins
so no stress at all in the morning rush hour.
The Kitchen is separate from the lounge Area.
It is fully equipped with All modern conveniences, including:
2 x Fridge / Freezers, plus a Washing Machine,
as well as a decent quality Microwave, toaster, kettle, ironing board, everything etc etc.
There's a clean Electric oven, a quality electric hob - not induction :)

Also perfect for WFH on a warm day
