We ask for a small contribution towards council tax however all other bills are included: Gas, Electricity, Wifi, Water, TV etc.
The house itself consists of 4 rooms furnished with wardrobes, bed and individual sinks in each room. There are 2 double rooms available and 2 single rooms, shared kitchen, shared living room, shared bathroom and shared additional toilet. Parking is available outside. As well as a courtyard to the back.
Pets are welcome, and couples are also welcome however there will be a slight increase in rent for a couple sharing a room to £160 per week.
