I’m looking for someone to take over my tenancy. This is an attic room, studio apartment. The first instalment has been paid for you hence why the price is lower than it should be. I’ve also paid a £500 deposit which you will get back if there’s no issues. You can move in as soon as you like as key collection began on Mon 12/08 but due to wanting to find someone to move in, I haven’t get collected the keys. This is a beautiful apartment, right in the centre of ormskirk, less than a 5 minute walk to the bus station to get the free bus to Edge Hill. It’s perfect for a student who loves their own space and independency. All payments for this property align with student finance and if your student finance is running late the company are more than happy to wait, as long as you can provide evidence of the payment coming, with no late fee. It has amazing bonuses such as a kitchenette with a huge American fridge freezer and dishwasher. I have a video I took when viewing which I can send you if you would like a good look.
