Ensuite room available in quiet residential area

We have a roomsavailable in a quiet residential street 10 minutes walk from Ornskirk centre. The house is furnished and decorated to a high standard. The large kitchen is fully equipped with range cooker, dishwasher, American fridge freezer, air fryer etc. There are two reception rooms and a private garden that is maintained by a gardener. There is also a washing machine and a dryer. All bills are included.

Room 1- a double with wardrobe, vanity/desk and bedside. The full bathroom is across the hall. For the majority of the time the occupant of this room will have sole use of the bathroom, it may however, occasionally be used by visiting family.
This is not a party house! In deference to the existing tenants we are seeking female professionals.
