The Room is large double bedroom fully furnished with bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and desk with chair.
There are two shower rooms and 2 further toilets. 4 in total between 3 other housemates.
The lounge has comfy sofas , large smart TV and dining area . Kitchen is fully equipped with lots of storage and washing machine and tumble dryer.
The other housemates are students in 2nd or 3rd year of Edge Hill. Two boys and 1 girl.
The rent includes all the bills. Heating, electric, internet council tax ect. Nothing else to pay.
No admin fee
Deposit £300 which is returned on move out
Rent: £120 per week for remainder . 20% off usual price.
The current group move out 18th August. This room is available form now (Jan 2026) till then.
