Its a five bedroom house, with a small double bed and furnished room, there’ll be all females living in it next year.
There are 2 shared bathrooms and shared living spaces, with all bills included as well as wi-fi and council tax exemption.
Comes with a washing machine and dryer, hoover, two fridges, chest freezer etc.

A personal parking space is available with a permit as well as an on-road parking permit.

The house is a 5-10 minute walk from the uni campus and a 5 minute walk from the town centre.
