2 spare rooms available

I have my 2 spare rooms available in my large ground floor flat to rent to 2 lodgers, I am hardly ever there as I'm either at work or at my partners so you would mostly be sharing with just the one other lodger.
Each bedroom has a lock with a key and there is new furniture in every room throughout the flat including new beds with new mattresses and new mattress toppers and 4 draws under each bed for extra storage.
The whole flat has been painted with new blinds, new flooring etc.
The living room has sky TV and sky broadband.
The kitchen has a washing machine and separate tumble dryer, fridge-freezer plus a second freezer and second fridge, oven, double air fryer kettle toaster microwave etc.
The main bathroom has a bath and shower and there is also a second toilet and sink in the flat.
There are 2 parking spaces at the back of the flat which are shared with the flat upstairs and there is also roadside parking always available directly in front of the flat. There are gardens at the front and back.
