One room available... it's the largest of the 3 bedrooms in a large ground floor flat to rent to a second lodger, I am hardly ever there so you would mostly be sharing with just the one other lodger.
Each bedroom has a lock with a key and there are 4 draws under the bed for extra storage, as well as wardrobe & draws & bedside draws.
The living room has sky TV and there is sky broadband.
The kitchen has a washing machine and separate tumble dryer, fridge-freezer plus a second freezer and second fridge, oven, double air fryer kettle toaster microwave etc.
The main bathroom has a bath and shower and there is also a second toilet in the flat.
There are 2 parking spaces at the back of the flat which are shared with the flat upstairs and there is also roadside parking always available directly in front of the flat. There are gardens at the front and back. All bills included.
