Newly refurbished garden flat with fabulous views on outskirts of Ormskirk. Own lounge, ensuite shower room, double bedroom, fridge, microwave, kettle, TV, etc. Cosy and self contained, as will only be sharing the kitchen.
Available weekdays for professional working away from home, or for term times for person at Edge Hill or other education establishment. £80 for 4 nights or £100 for 5 nights inclusive of bills per week. Shorter term lets of less than 3 months by negotiation.
Would suit education professional or mature student needing to be near Ormskirk. Will need to be car driver, as just over two miles from Ormskirk town centre. We have just escaped to the country, and only recently moved in after a summer of building works. So renting the garden flat in the week will help fund the garden makeover!
