The room is in a 3 bedroom ground floor flat and the flat is clean & tidy. Broadband, washing machine, BT YouView television in the living room. There is a bath and shower in the main bathroom and there is also a second toilet in the flat. The flat has it's own front and back door with gardens (maisonette type). There is also a parking space available at the back of the flat. I work nights and I have one other lodger who is male, There is also a cat at the property. I am looking for a male or female tenant gay or straight. All bills are included in the rent.
