Spacious Student Double Bedrooms in Ormskirk

The house is located in a quiet cul de sac with one other student house located next door the room is available from now until the end of June 2016. The area is very quiet with very nice neighbours who are always happy to help and is five minutes from the local morrisons and town centre. The house itself is fully furnished has top of the range fast speed fibre optic broadband and shared utilities. There is a washing machine, electric cooker and a microwave in the kitchen with a dryer located in the garage outside. There is a shared bathroom downstairs with a shower and bath. There is also a shared living room which is furnished with sofas and a television with a housephone also. Both bedrooms are very spacious with double beds, matresses, shelving, big drawers and a big wardrobe (bedding and electric items in the pictures are not included). The downstairs room has patio doors that lead directly into the garden to hang up washing or easy access to the garage. All bedroom doors have yale locks on for safety and security. Bills are split equally between tennants in the household which are paid quarterly averaging £50 every three months, which may become even cheaper due to a new eco boiler being fitted recently. If a couple opts to rent they would have to rent a room each as is a requirement of the landlord's contract. Any questions and advice before or after the move will be answered by myself.
