Double Room Available All Bills Included

I'm moving out of my current house. It is on Station Road, a short walk from town, super close to the train station and about a 20 minute walk into university. The bedroom itself has a double bed, a desk, two shelves up currently, rebell who the house is let through will put more up if wanted. There's a sink in the bedroom as well and a full length mirror attached to the wall also. The house is a 5 bed, there's 3 people on a teaching course and 1 on film studies, 3 girls and 1 guy. There's plenty of room in the kitchen, two cupboards each. There's a bath with a shower over it, a toilet in the bathroom and a separate toilet next door to the bathroom. My bedroom is downstairs, however there is no noise really from anything outside. Parking is a permitted area, so would have to apply to the council for one of those.
