I am the owner and live in landlord of a fully modernised house and want to rent out my spare rooms in a large space on the 2nd floor near Pemberton and Orrell train stations where you can commute to Liverpool or Wigan and close to the bus stop. You have private stairs to the whole floor.
I would prefer single applicants but may consider a couple for £150 a week.
I am looking for a housemate for a house share on a 1 month trial basis.
There are 2 fully furnished through rooms with ample storage cupboards and drawers. The rooms are open and through to each other creating 2 living spaces in which you can make yourself at home with your own private bedroom and attached private living area.
This room has a private modern shower room and as well as its own private living space and there is shared use of one of the large modernised downstairs living rooms with a TV. We have a large modern well equipped kitchen with plenty of food storage cupboards, an oven, microwave fridge washing machine and 2 freezers. and a dining table in the conservatory overlooking the garden. There is fibre broadband at the house and room to install your own television or fridge on your floor.
The house has a south facing garden with storage sheds, and there is ample road parking in the adjacent street.
The bus stop is 100m from the house and the train station about 15 minutes walk with trains to Liverpool and Wigan/Manchester and we are very close to junction 26 of the m6 by the m58 interchange, ideally placed for commuting across the North West.
It is strictly a non smoking working household and we welcome applications from employed professionals. We have an old well behaved family dog.
It is a quiet well maintained home during the week as we all work so we don't want loud noise after 11.
We are all active and sporty and my 2 independent working adult sons are part of the house share.
There is plenty of space in the kitchen and we generally cook at different times when we are home. My sons have a home gym with a fingerboard and weights rack in the garage and a housemate may be able to share this facility at available times as appropriate.
References and a security deposit are essential to share this well-equipped, fully renovated, comfortable, modernised house.
We would expect you to keep the sole use areas clean and respectable and clean and tidy up after using communal areas.
All bills within reasonable usage are included.
