Living landlord - look for 1 lodger

I live on my own with my German shepherd dog, the house is 4 bedroom, shared toilet, living room, kitchen. Very spacious. I am looking for a lodger only to get along with myself and my dog. I'm not sure about the tenancy period but will discuss in person. I am easy going, love music, love to cook and working from home. Looking for someone tidy and clean who cleans up after themselves, good company but we will both have our privacy. I'm not looking for more than one person so it will be just me and you living here. If you don't like big dogs please don't message.
