About the House

My home is a 3-bedroom home with lots of quirky features, initially looking to share with one person only to begin with.

Open to possibly renting the second spare room in the future

You can choose your bedroom — they’re all lovely

Thoughtfully styled throughout, interior design is my passion, and I love creating calm, inviting spaces. You can have a good look around when you come to view.

A very private garden with a stunning wisteria wrapping around the front and side of the house perfect for relaxing in warmer months.

The living room is the heart of the home and the aga will keep us cosy in the cooler months. The lounge has an open plan kitchen attached with a great stove to cook your favourite dishes.

The bathroom has a roll top bath and perfect if you enjoy a relaxing soak.

There is also a stone built garage with plenty of room to store things plus a shed if you want to store a bike etc.

Location

Based in Padiham, close to the M65

Easy access to Manchester, the Ribble Valley, and surrounding areas

Padiham has everything you need locally:
shops, cafés, gyms, and great amenities all close by
