Room in Beautiful Ground floor flat+Garage+Gardens

I have a beautifully well maintained two bedroom ground floor flat; central heated, power shower, with lots of space; garage storage space available, very large gardens and patio. I am looking to rent my ample sized single room which is fully furnished with wardrobes and draw space, but I might be open to consider swopping and renting out my double room should I find the right flatmate that require it and wishes to apply.
The tenancy is legally and solely mine and so therefore I am responsible for paying all the rent and bills on the property and it is for this reason that I am looking for a decent flatmate/ friend to share with. I am an open, kind, friendly and sociable person with a good sense of humour and so I am looking for someone similar to share with. I am not just looking for and DO NOT WANT A "ROOM MATE ONLY" who will not help out with keeping the property in good, clean and tidy order. I am looking for a flat friend or proper house mate who is mature in attitude, proactive, kind, caring, trustworthy and is willing to be a team mate in sharing the responsibilities of running a household. My GROUND FLOOR flat has the unusual advantage of very large gardens and garage space which is also a fully kitted out workshop with power tools so it would be ideal for anyone who is good and enjoys D. I. Y, gardening and is creative. Sometimes, I work away from home so therefore I must have someone who I can trust, is mature in attitude and is responsible in nature to help me look after the property.
