It has a double bed frame and mattress, desk, two sets of drawers and built in wardrobes with shelves built in. We can get rid of any of the furniture if you wish to bring your own. The room is 3.26m (10'8) x 3.33m (10'11).

The bills are fully included which includes quick virgin broadband. The house has two bathrooms, a modern lounge, modern kitchen and dining room. There is also a private back garden / patio / decking area. There is a garage which you can utilise some of for storage purposes.

We pet sit dogs on a fairly regular basis so our ideal person would be someone who doesn't mind there being a dog in the house from time to time.
