We are a professional couple looking to rent our spare bedroom. The room is a spacious furnished double bedroom. It has a double bed frame and mattress, desk, a set of drawers and built in wardrobes with shelves built in. We can remove any of the furniture if you wish to bring your own. The room is 3.26m (10'8) x 3.33m (10'11).

The bills are fully included which includes quick virgin broadband. The house has two bathrooms, a modern lounge, modern kitchen and dining room. There is also a private back garden / patio / decking area. There is a garage which you can utilise some of for storage purposes.

We pet sit dogs on a fairly regular basis so our ideal person would be someone who doesn't mind there being a dog in the house from time to time.
