Double Room for ONE lodger

I am a Teacher and looking for ONE PROFESSIONAL LEVEL LODGER of a similar calibre who would like to rent the double room in my two bedroom flat for a minimum of three months.

It could be longer depending on the needs of both parties. I am looking for a clean and tidy, honest, kind and reliable person to become a flatmate/ FRIEND and to share not only the bills but a homely space and environment, preferably taking turns in the cleaning and sometimes if agreed; cooking.

My ground floor flat also has VERY BIG GARDENS and so would suit a keen gardener who would like FREE allotment space to grow fruit and veg but this is optional. I am a Teacher by profession and so I need someone of equal calibre to share my home with.

I need a diligent professional who will be willing to share the responsibility of keeping a good household clean, tidy and organised and who will also take good care of it in my absence when I travel.

This is my home and I have lovingly looked after it for many years; so I need a working professional who is respectful , that will keep the flat clean and tidy and look after everything provided within. It is well maintained and equipped with everything that would be needed domestically from kitchen appliances to crockery and bed linen, Everything is included.

There is access to some storage within my garage but I pay for this on a separately so this is at my kindness and discretion.
