Double Furnished Room with WIFI

Furnished double room with king size bed, chest of drawers and bedside table. We are a friendly household and we have had lodgers before so quite used to other people being around. The house has shared lounge, kitchen, dining room and bathroom. We have a washer/dryer, Sky TV and broadband and there is plenty of on street parking. We are friendly and laid back, we smoke but not in the house. The house is in a quiet location close to bus stops and about 15 minutes walk from Preston city centre. We are very flexible on potential lodgers and if you have any questions please just ask!
