Lovely bright double room in quite semi detached house ,includes all bills plus ,sky TV ,wi-fi, washing machine & tumble dryer, multi gym .Garden and patio ,Nice respectable residential area in Penwortham.

Lovely gardens handy for Preston, Leyland and local shops .
I work full time and often long hours from 6.00 am -6.00pm that's if I'm working fairly local other than that I am more likely to stay away and just come home at the weekends.
I often have my little girl at the weekends , there is also a multie gym and spinning bike if you like to keep trim that you are welcome to use .
Iv also just got a new cocker spaniel puppy . She's now 6 months .

The nearest shop is Sainsbury’s that is literally 3 mins walk , the nearest bus route in to Preston , Leyland , Chorley is just 2 mins walk . Very convenient for anyone who doesn’t drive .
It is a 3 bedroom house but there would only be the two of us living hear so it won't be over crowded or a battle to get in to the bathroom or kitchen etc .
There is plenty of parking and of street parking .
