Non-smoker prefered. Pet friendly can bring own pet as long as both pets get on well, as i have a dog. Own single bedroom, preffer of you have own bedding, if not dont worry. Bathroom facilities available, walk in shower and bath, need own toiletries and towels. Living room shared, also have use of tv. Kitchen shared facilities, including use of washing machine, cooker, fridge, microwave, cutlery and kettle. You will need to buy your own food and drinks. Constant hot water available at all times, central heated and use of a back garden. Poulton town centre is within walking distance, there are also 2 gyms available FX, and YMCA. Train station nearby, motorway M55 also close by. Blackpool Airport is not too far away.
£75 a week is all you will be paying, also a down payment in the first week. The computer will be available at certain times, as I also have my son who is working living with me.
