I am a single professional 40 year old woman that lives alone and work full time (hybrid working) with 4 friendly cats so you must be ok with them. I’m looking for someone to share my house with. I like to keep the house clean and tidy but am not over the top with it, it is a lovely street with friendly neighbours and I’m looking for a lodger that is easy to get along with and respectful.

You can see from the pictures that all the wallpaper has been stripped as alot of it is getting plastered in June, so please excuse the lack of decor in some rooms.

Ive had a lodger before and we got on so well and became good friends despite her moving out
