Three Bed House Share

Attention Students.
We have a three bedroom house, well maintained, in a quiet area, near shops and bus routes. The house as a shared lounge, dinning room, modern kitchen, utility room with washer and dryer and down stairs toilet. Upstairs bathroom with walk in shower and bath and toilet, and three other bedrooms. The house is double glazed and has gas central heating, internet and phone line. Included in the cost of rent, electrical and gas bills, internet, water rates and council tax. Must be animal lovers as two cats have already moved in and like the two students already living in the house are quite happy, comfortable and content. We are looking for a friend to join the house hold, some one quiet, honest and here to study and play the occasional x-box game.
You have your own single room, desk, and usual furniture. You must be solvent, easy going and friendly.
