The house is conveniently situated 50 metres from bus route 68 into both Preston City Centre and to BAE Warton/Lytham. There is plenty of parking space directly outside.

Rent stated is for a 6-month contract. 3-month lets considered, for an additional £5/week i. e. £90/week.
