The flat is fully furnished (including washing machine). You are welcome to help me reorganise the living room as it’s a bit basic atm. The rent covers all utilities and (fast) broadband but not council tax.

I’m 27, male. I’m vegan but don’t worry, I’m have no problem if you’re not. Over the next year I’m doing a PGCE so I’ll be very busy and doubt I will get in your way much.
