City centre location nr Avenham park

Single room available in a nice, chilled (but cozy) flat; 2min walk to Fishergate. 5mins to the bus, and train stations.
As well as the living room and kitchen, there is a study which you would be welcome to use.
I'm looking for someone friendly, generally decent and open-minded etc.
oh and reasonably clean and tidy 😁
I am as above. I'm pretty mature when it comes to keeping a home, but otherwise laid back and easy-going.

My 1st flatmate squeezed a double bed in, but it is a single room really.
The room can come furnished with a single bed, wardrobe and bedside table, or it can be unfurnished.
Last flatmate, Silvina says- "he made me feel very welcome. Being from Argentina I didn't know anyone and Chris was a wonderful person to live with".
There are secure car parks, subject to availability, at an additional cost.
Smoking is fine in the Kitchen.
Whilst I welcome pets generally, the building management company here don't allow dogs.
