I am a "live out landlord", and I am offering a double room in an excellent professional shared house on Brackenbury road PR1 7UP..

Close to the town center and not too far from the train station.

Bills included and Wi-Fi provided free of charge.

I charge a deposit of £200 then the first month in advance on move in.

Single occupancy only. 1 person per room.

There is free a weekly cleaning service provided, and I also provide a dedicated maintenance manager to contact at all times.

There are no additional sign on charges whatsoever.
