I am a "live out landlord", and I am offering a large room in an excellent professional shared house on Broadgate on the River at PR1 8DX

Close to the town center and not too far from the train staion.

Bills included and wifi provided free of charge.

I charge a deposit of £200 then the first month in advance on move in.

There is free a weekly cleaning service provided and I also provide a dedicated maintenance manager to contact at all times.

There are no additional sign on charges whatsoever.

Single occupancy only please.
