I charge a deposit of £150 then the first month in advance on move in.

There is free a weekly cleaning service provided and I also provide a dedicated maintenance manager to contact at all times.

Single occupancy only please.

This property is a fully Licensed HMO house with Preston City Council.

There are no additional sign on charges whatsoever.
