I am a "live out landlord", and I am offering a double room in an excellent professional shared house on Broadgate Preston PR1.

The house is very close to the town center and a 5 mins walk from the train Station.

The room has a sensational view of the River. Incredible !!

Bills included and Wi-Fi provided free of charge.

Single occupancy only please. One person per room.

I charge a deposit of £200 then the first month in advance on move in.

There is free a weekly cleaning service provided and I also provide a dedicated maintenance manager to contact at all times.

There are no additional sign on charges whatsoever.
