We have a double room available in our 7 bed property, which is very close to the main UCLAN campus. The house was recently renovated and is very modern throughout.

- Large kitchen with 2 ovens, 2 hobs, 2 sinks, dishwasher
- Large lounge are with 40" TV
- Separate utility room with washer and dryer
- 3 showers, 4 toilets
- Large rear yard, able to park 2 vehicles

We have a group of 6 girls all students moving into the property 2nd September, so we are looking for another female student to fill the last room!

Its a great house with a really nice group of girls, we are a family run business and we have a great relationship with all our tenants. Any issues and repairs are always sorted ASAP!
