Close to the town center and a few mins walk from the train Station.

I charge a deposit of £200 then the first month in advance on move in.
There is free a weekly cleaning service provided and I also provide a dedicated maintenance manager to contact at all times.
There are no additional sign on charges whatsoever.
Single occupancy only please. One person per room.
Fully licensed HMO approved property with PCC.
