Large room bills included near the city

I am a "live out landlord", and I am offering a large room in an excellent professional shared house on Brackenbury Road.

Close to the town center and not far from the train station, bills included, and Wi-Fi provided free of charge.

I charge a deposit of £200 then the first month in advance on move in.

There is free a weekly cleaning service provided, and I also provide a dedicated maintenance manager to contact at all
times.

There is no additional sign on charges whatsoever.

Single occupancy only please. One person per room.

Private "off road parking" available too.
