One furnished room in a professional house share in quiet end-of-road location. Ideally positioned for those working at Preston Hospital, Deepdale Retail Park, Red Scar industrial estate, UCLan and Preston town centre.

I work from home.

Shared: bathroom, additional downstairs toilet, living room, equipped large kitchen, dining conservatory and patio seating areas with BBQ. Washer and drier, dishwasher, kettle, oven, hob, fridges, freezers, cleaning equipment, washing line and ironing board. Own fridge/freezer and kitchen cupboard if required. Use of wardrobe in spare bedroom. Driveway parking.
No cleaner or food included. Housemate must be quiet, clean and tidy and help with fair share of household chores.

Must be tolerant of resident small dog and occasional overnight guests (friends/family, some with dogs) .

Within walking distance of shops and 15 minute drive to hospital and city centre. On bus route.
I charge a deposit of £250 plus the first month in advance.
