Double room in a great shared house bills included

Am a "live out landlord", and I am offering a large double room in an excellent professional shared house on Broadgate.

Close to the town center and very close to the train station, bills included and Wi-Fi provided free of charge.

I charge a deposit of £200 then the first month in advance on move in.

Single occupancy only.

There is free a weekly cleaning service provided and I also provide a dedicated maintenance manager to contact at all times.

There are no additional sign on charges whatsoever.
