I am a "live out landlord", and I am offering a large double room in an excellent professional shared house on Brackenbury Road, close to the town center and not far from the train station, bills included and wifi provided free of charge.

I charge a deposit of £200 then the first month in advance on move in.

There is free a weekly cleaning service provided and I also provide a dedicated maintenance manager to contact at all times.

Strictly single occupancy only please.

There are no additional sign on charges whatsoever.
