I have bought a top floor apartment at Preston Docklands with views over Preston Marina. It is fully furnished and has a balcony too.
There is a secure entrance to the building, mailbox and lift access. There is also ample parking available.
My 21 year old son will have one of the rooms. He is a self employed sports coach and is also in the processs of securing a second job too. He also spends a lot of time training at the gym. As such he will be away from the flat for significant amounts of time. When at home, he enjoys gaming to unwind. Although he currently smokes, he is quitting and only smokes outside.
He is laid back and happy to share with anybody, the only thing we cannot accommodate is pets.
