Looking for roommate

2 bedroom apartment in the centre of Preston, very close to the university, town centre and train station. The only thing I am looking for in a roommate is them cleaning up after themselves.

All bills are included with the monthly rent and if you drive a car we have our own parking space outside. The room is fairly small however it does have a double bed, desk and tall wardrobe, the rest of the apartment will be a shared space.

I do have an indoor cat so if you have cat allergies this will not he suitable for you.

And last thing is about myself, I am a 25 year old male who loves to spend my time playing video games, watching films/series and going out with friends. I like to think I am very easy to get on with!
