Well presented clean environment

There is a bathroom on first floor and shower room on ground floor. The room is located on the first floor and currently contains a wardrobe, double bed with mattress, a big Chest cupboard with 6 drawers. A reading table and chair are provided. Viewing is recommended to appreciate it. Rent will differ for couple or individual going for short rent period of 1 week to 3 months. Short term rent might be considered before the available date depending on planned duration of stay. All bills are inclusive on the rent charge.
