The house is close to city centre, shops, University and railway station (all within walking distance) and has on street resident parking. There are many local facilities such as the Fitness First gym and Preston docks. City centre and Shopping is walking distance. The University and railway station are walking distance. Private garden faces south and has excellent views and warm summer evenings. All bills are paid by landlord and included in rental cost.
