There are two private parking spots for my car and yours if you have a car. If these parking spots are occupied by other cars, there are over twenty additional allocated spare parking spots within the estate for general use. You don't have to park your car on the streets.
MacDonald's and Starbucks are just across the road and can be seen over the docks from the balcony, about 0.5 mile away (12 minutes’ walk). There is a large Morrison's Shopping Mall and petrol station across the docks, about 0.5 mile away (12 minutes’ walk).
The ODEON Cinema is just another 0.5 mile away (12 minutes’ walk) from the house. There are about two to three restaurants and pubs under 0.5 to 1 mile from the house.
