I work with the NHS as a surgeon. I also trade some financial instruments in the stock, commodity and currency markets part time.

This is a beautiful three-floor modern house in Preston by the Preston Marina (Preston Docks). A view of the area is available online at: prestondocks. co. uk.

It is located in a quiet suburb just 2 miles from the city center near the University of Central Lancashire. The ground floor consists of the kitchen (with the heating system, washing machine, dishwasher, etc.), extra toilet, and a dining room-home office combo. This is particularly good whenever you want to work from home. There is a very large well kept back-end enclosed garden with a white Victorian garden chair and a garden mattress for warm or sunny days.

The entire middle floor is the double lounge with a front-end balcony overlooking the Preston Docks, a large artificial lake with many private boats.

The upper floor has two double bedrooms plus a common toilet-shower-bath combo. The bedroom is already furnished. It has a dark mahogany king size bed, a large metallic black open wardrobe, a large brown oak dressing table and a medium size TV/Laptop stand.

There is unlimited high speed WiFi. All parts of the house are available to the housemate for responsible use without any restriction.

No smoking or recreational drug use is allowed inside the house. A mature and friendly personality in general will be highly appreciated.

There is an extra private parking spot for your car if you have a car. If your parking spot is occupied by another car, there are over twenty additional allocated spare parking spots within the estate for general use.

MacDonald's and Starbucks are just across the road and can be seen over the docks from the balcony, about 0.5 mile away (12 minutes’ walk). There is a large Morrison's Shopping Mall and petrol station across the docks, about 0.5 mile away (12 minutes’ walk).

The ODEON Cinema is just another 0.5 mile away (12 minutes’ walk) from the house. There are about two to three restaurants and pubs under 0.5 to 1 mile from the house.

The entire house will be accessible to all housemates without restriction except the bedrooms. The housemate's partner or visitors can stay for up to 3 full days (24 hours x 3) in a week at any given week. But not more than 3 days in a week.
