Hi, my name is Richard, thanks for taking a look at my room for rent.

I have a large room, with a king-sized bed, and built in wardrobe for rent. I also have and plenty of storage space available if you require.

The flat is on a quiet cul de sac, just down the road from Preston train station, and Avenham park is less than 2 minutes walk down the road. UCLAN is around a 10 min walk, and the hospital is close by if you are a doctor on a placement.

I travel frequently for work, so there may be time when you have the place to yourself.
