It is on two floors, with a set of stairs in the corner of the room.

The upper mezzanine floor can be used as a sleeping area, or a storage space with the bed on the ground floor.

There are shared kitchen, shower and toilet facilities.

The building is in a great location.

It is only 10 minutes walk to the shops and the train station in Preston City Centre, and Avenham Park is at the end of the road and has cycle paths and walks into the countryside.

Free meditation classes are also available.

There are a few rules for living here, which include;

- Vegetarian food only (no meat or fish)
- No smoking, alcohol, or drugs
- No loud music
- No TVs (internet watching is allowed)
