The rent stated is for single student occupancy and includes utility bills and Wifi. We can offer a contact length of 6-months, minimum.

The kitchen area includes an induction hob, microwave and fridge-freezer.

The sleeping / living space offers a double bed, desk, desk chair and large wardrobe.

The separate shower-room comes complete with modern bathroom fittings and a powerful shower.

The apartment is 50-metres from campus, 100-metres from a supermarket and a short walk to the city centre amenities and railway station. It offers great facilities and convenience. The apartments have a private secure carpark (SMS access); a small charge applies for a parking permit.
