There is a large kitchen where you can store your own kitchen pans and food. There is also a washing machine, microwave, toaster and kettle you can use. Fridge space will also be provided.

To the rear of the kitchen, there is a small yard and alleyway at the back.

Transport links and getting around
The property is not far from the main road where you can catch a bus and it's about 8 minutes walk to the train station up the hill.

UCLan is 10 minutes walk away.

There is a Lidl and Aldi nearby. A little further, near the docks, theres also Morrisons, B&M, Starbucks and McDonalds. We are also not far from two gyms, Total Fitness and JD Gyms.

Current housemates
There are 5 in total, the owner and his wife life on site. Another couple and a single male. All are very nice, friendly and welcoming. It's a very happy, quiet home where everyone helps each other out if needed.
