The room is on the second floor and is nicely furnished with double bed and plenty of storage space. The bathroom is for the sole use of the top floor of the house, which has only two bedrooms. (The home has three bathrooms in total)
The landlord is currently living in the property.
Current housemates are all respectful, friendly and easy going, so would like someone with the same mindset.
Cleaning of common areas is shared between all the residents and it is expected that your room will also be kept to a good standard of cleanliness.
A modern kitchen is available for resident’s use, but you should provide your own cooking utensils and be mindful of others who also need time in the kitchen. There is a washing machine and a fridge freezer.
