Hi there, due to unforeseen circumstances I can no longer stay at this accommodation so I need someone to take over my tenancy.

Tenancy is 51 weeks, from 7th September 2024 - 6th September 2025, paid in 4 instalments throughout the year aligning with Student Finance, however this may be changed with discussion with landlord.

Deposit for the room is usually £99 but due to my desperate situation I will not ask for this payment.

FYI, my room is specifically in a cluster with second years and third years, who tend to be tidier and cleaner than freshers if you are worried about this
