Double room with own Bathroom

Hi all, I’m looking to rent the following property and ideally want to buddy up with someone and split the costs etc. assuming I’m successful, tenancy will start from late October for a minimum of 6 months. It’s a 2 bed 2 bath furnished apartment.

I’m ideally looking for a professional, similar age. I’m a Muslim so if fellow Muslims want to buddy up, this could be ideal. Having said that, everyone is welcome… I’m quite easy going, private and clean but can have a chat about absolutely any half decent topic. I’ll be away working for most of the day and most likely away on weekends. I don’t drink or smoke so I’d prefer someone who’s similar in that regards or atleast doesn’t smoke in the house (don’t mind the drinks). I’d like someone similar in terms of cleanliness and respects others privacy but also someone who I can have a chat with!

If you need any further info or anything else, please feel free to reach out! It’s very difficult to find a 2 bed 2 bath which is furnished in Preston, so if that’s what you’re looking for… this is a great find (I have been in the market for a while now).
